Born in China, Yulin was a teenage singing sensation. In Taiwan, where she mesmerized audiences with her talent and beauty. At 17, she was host of her own TV variety show and so lionized by fans that even the Emperor of Japan paid her homage. Ever a lady, she kept her admirers at bay. Dutifully entering an arranged marriage, Yulin moved to the United States where she forged a new life and later raised a beautiful daughter.

Over the years, Yulin never lost her touch for beauty. In New York City, she was a sought-after makeup artist for Revlon, Calvin Klein, Estée Lauder and Chanel, freelancing in such upscale department stores as Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Saks Fifth Avenue. In Connecticut, she opened a spa, which for 17 years attracted clients throughout the New York metropolitan area.

A string of successes on the Treasure Coast, including her spa, "Botanique," and freelance work as a makeup artist and skin care consultant, convinced Yulin to create a full-service spa in Vero Beach. The result is Yulin's Health & Beauty Day Spa, where clients can not only indulge themselves in luxurious, skin-enhancing service in the European and Asian traditions, but also treat themselves royally at home through her specially formulated line of herbal cosmetics and anti-aging products known, of course, as "Yulin."
