Use:
Use directly after thorough cleansing. Dampen cotton pad and pat entire neck and face, avoiding the immediate eye area. Leave on skin.

Peppermint Extract - The dried leaves and tops of the Mentha piperita that is derived by steam distillation. It is used as flavorant, breath refresher and reviving aromatic.
Menthol - a crystalline substance, with the characteristically sharp, reviving fragrance that is obtained from peppermint oil. Its reviving fragrance has both awakening and cooling properties. It is a popular ingredient in perfumes, emollient cremes, hair tonics, mouthwashes, shaving cremes, preshave lotions, after-shave lotions, body rubs, liniments and skin fresheners.
Which Hazel Extract - Obtained from the leaves and bark of the Hamamelis virginiana. It is designed for use in cremes and lotions. It is known for its soothing, toning, astringent, refreshing and cleansing properties.
Carrot Extract - Either or two oils from the seeds of carrots. A light yellow essential oil which is rich in Vitamin A. It is also used as a coloring agent. Has been used by homeopathic physicians to treat acne, eczema and psoriasis.
